TROPHY ROOM - E-Mail Orders
TROPHY ROOM now accepts email order requests for select products. Products are not guaranteed in stock. Several instructions to note:
- Domestic (USA) and international orders.
- Email orders are limited to 1 unit per style.
- All confirmed email orders are Final Sale.
- Sending an email order to make a request does not guarantee you the requested product.
- If items are available in the requested size, a TROPHY ROOM representative will call the customer provided phone number to take credit card payment via phone call.
- If the item has sold out, you will not receive a response.
- Please do not email inquiring about updates, if you have not received a response. 99% of the time, the requested product has sold out.
- Credit Card billing address must match the provided shipping address.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- Customer is required to request ‘signature delivery’ service. All of our packages ship without ‘signature delivery.’ We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items
